About Share With Care

Share With Care is a collaboration between Rights Alliance, Ministry of Culture and Telecom Industry Association. It consists of an agreement on blocking illegal websites as well as it encourages finding and sharing legal, cultural content in a way that is safe and easy for the consumer.

Denmark has an effective blocking system that ensures Danish telecommunications companies block access to services deemed illegal by a Danish court. This model has garnered global interest and therefore, we often share our knowledge and experience with authorities and organizations in other countries.

International collaborations

The Rights Alliance actively cooperates with a wide variety of international IP organizations to protect intellectual property rights and combat piracy. For example, we collaborate with EUROPOL to facilitate the identification and detection of pirate sites, contributes to studies conducted by the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), supports assessments prepared by the European Parliament and initiatives carried out by the European Commission concerning the protection of intellectual property rights, among other activities.

Below you will find publications in which some of our international collaborators refer to The Danish blocking system, Share With Care and the work of the Danish Rights Alliance.
