Codex originates from the Ministry of Culture’s Dialogue Forum, which works to limit copyright-infringing content on the Internet, and to ensure that online advertising is not misused as a source of funding in that context.
Codex has been prepared by a wide range of organisations and companies in the industry for digital marketing and reflects a common goal that the Internet must remain a secure marketplace, strengthen legal business and ensure security and transparency for all players such as advertisers, media, payment intermediaries and consumers.
